way’, Hello. Ntityix Development continued projects over the summer.
The 700 Spland Road phase 2 səkʷíw rental townhomes project is ahead of schedule with Seven Generations Capital and Kilawna Builders.
The construction division was busy with the townhouse rental project and completed several projects for WFN. The company hired two summer students. The forestry division was busy with logging operations, fuel mitigation, and completed a large tree planting program.
The property management division was busy with repairs and improvements at the shopping mall, and Lakeridge Park. We hired one summer student for NDC’s property management division.
The annual general meeting was held on September 16, 2026. We thank everyone who participated in that event. The annual report will be sent out in the coming weeks.
