way’, Hello. The Summer 2023 newsletter is now available.
Ntityix Development continued to work on projects for the benefit of the group and WFN. NDC welcomes Teresa Boyes as the new Accounting Technician and helping on the front desk with Llana Teichroeb.
The preliminary planning for the 700 Spland Road has commenced with our partner for phase 2 of the townhouse project. There was a membership engagement session held in September.
The Lakeridge Park lease modernization project continued with several more subleases finalized. The sublease modernization project for existing residences is going well with twelve additional agreements signed for a total of 22 to date.
The construction division was busy a residential project, and a commercial tenant improvement. We congratulate the company for winning two industry awards!
The forestry division was busy with forest operations, stewardship monitoring, and incremental silviculture treatments. They are also planning the recovery and salvage operations for the McDougall Creek fire burn areas.
