way’, Hello. Ntityix Development was busy with different projects this spring.
The 700 Spland Road phase 2 sekwiw rental townhomes project is well underway with Seven Generations Capital and Kilawna Builders. Concrete footings and foundations have started with framing about to start on one of the buildings.
The Lakeridge Park lease modernization project continues with a new community action plan and maintenance plan. The construction division was busy with the townhouse rental project and several maintenance projects for OLSC and Lakeridge Park. The forestry division was busy with wildfire mitigation, thinning/pruning, planting, and harvesting.
The new board of director profiles were uploaded to the website along with an updated organizational chart. New appointments were also made to the subsidiary boards.
