way’, Hello. Ntityix Development was busy with different projects this fall.
The 700 Spland Road phase 2 sekwiw rental townhomes project is well underway with Seven Generations Capital and Kilawna Builders. Concrete work and framing of some of the buildings continues at a good pace.
The construction division was busy with the townhouse rental project, a commercial tenant improvement, and the stairs project in Lakeridge Park. The forestry division was busy with a cultural burn, beaver habitat project, and a wildfire mitigation project.
The company wishes everyone a happy holiday and new year. The offices will be closed from December 23 to January 1. We will be returning on January 2, 2026. Several project employees and administrative staff will be working throughout the holidays as needed.
