James joined the team in April 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience across real estate sales, construction management, and property operations. Fully licensed in both Trading Services and Property Management, James is a proud descendant of the Michel First Nation and brings a deep understanding of both residential and commercial property management, including work on Westbank First Nation lands.
James began his career in Alberta, where he delivered full-circle real estate services and managed both residential and commercial properties. Since relocating to British Columbia in 2015, his focus has been on residential real estate and property management, including overseeing complex transactions on Westbank First Nation lands involving residential leasehold and strata leasehold properties. Throughout his career, James has worked extensively with regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and the implementation of community standards.
