way’, Hello. Ntityix Development was busy with different projects over the winter.
The 700 Spland Road phase 2 sekwiw rental townhomes project is well underway with Seven Generations Capital and Kilawna Builders. The warm weather has allowed us to pick up time on the schedule.
The construction division was busy with the townhouse rental project, a commercial tenant improvement. The forestry division was busy with winter logging, wildfire mitigation, and silviculture planning.
The property management division was busy with several jobs including completing a fire hazard removal job. The spring start up is happening with work being planned throughout the season.
