Ntityix Development Corporation is looking for a Summer Student to work in our Property Management division. This position assists with property maintenance activities. The casual part-time work has varying hours based on site requirements. The summer student in properties position reports to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining and cleaning facilities, equipment, and the environment
Perform landscaping and grounds keeping tasks
Routine upkeep activities of outdoor areas, building exteriors, and parking lots
Operate hand tools and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Respond to on-call requests for cleaning and maintenance services
Communicating with supervisors on the maintenance status of equipment and facilities
Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and cleaning as needed
Training and development for specified tasks as needed
Complying with health and safety regulations and removing waste from facilities
Other tasks as requested from time to time
Wages and Benefits:
Wage range $20.00 -$22.50 per hour
Paid out vacation time 4% each pay period
Part-time hours and on call as needed throughout the summer season
